Earlier this month I went for a walk up the Cloud near Congleton. Well last night I returned there again with a few more friends looking for writing inspiration. I was hoping the weather would have been better to improve the views but it was basically the same as last time - dull and grey. However, the gang made it to the top without issue and we hit the pub again for a late tea (I think there was a couple of pints of alcohol involved also!).Lots of ideas from the walk, Martin and Jane want to walk across the North of England next year to celebrate 25 years married (are you sure Jane wouldn't prefer somewhere a little more romantic?), so maybe there's a story there, or at least a celebratory note for the local papers when the time comes.

who are all those guys on your walk chris? They look just like some lads I used to knock around with but older versions.
